Dear High School Students and Family Members:
As of this morning, our exam schedule as directed by CDSBEO remains as follows:
-
Monday, January 28th: P1 Exam in the morning;
-
Tuesday, January 29th: P2 Exam in the morning;
-
Wednesday, January 30: P3 Exam in the morning and P4 Exam in the afternoon.
-
All teachers and staff will be working closely with students to monitor progress and support success;
-
Thursday, January 31: PD day;
-
Friday, February 1st: First day of Semester 2 (WK 2 Schedule).
Students are asked to please check their school email accounts for any updates from their teachers.
There will be drop-off buses for students on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 12:00 noon AND at 3:00 pm. The 3:00 bus will drop students at their regular pick-up and drop-off locations. The noon shuttle bus will drop students in the following locations:

Lanark: Sacred Heart School, Lanark arena, Balderson Cheese, Ultra Mar (Innisville);
-
Westport: St. Edward’s School, Esso Station; and
-
Smiths Falls: SFs arena, Library, and County Fair Mall.
We wish all of our students much success as we complete Semester 1, and we sincerely appreciate all the patience and support we have received from our families as we make our way through the recent challenging weather situations.

We always love showcasing all that SJCHS has to offer including our creative programs, enthusiastic students, talented staff, and beautiful facility. With buses not running these last four days, we have appreciated the number of students and family members who have reached out to SJCHS staff!
The Board has directed us to proceed with the following plan:
* Friday, January 25th: Last day of Semester 1 – WEEK 2.
Tomorrow will follow a WEEK 2 timetable. All students should attend all four periods. Any and ALL CULMINATING activities (especially relating to P3 and P4 ) and EXAM REVIEWS will be completed during classes tomorrow;
* Monday, January 28th: P1 Exam in the morning;
* Tuesday, January 29th: P2 Exam in the morning;
* Wednesday, January 30: P3 Exam in the morning and P4 Exam in the afternoon. All teachers and staff will be working closely with students to monitor progress and support success;
