Please note that payment is only required for students who are planning on purchasing a photo package (they will be asked to indicate this on the booking page).
To book a timeslot, please ask your child to check the TEAMS grad page and click on the link that is provided. Timeslots are 10 minutes. Once payment is confirmed, Student Services will email and confirm their requested time.
It is STRONGLY recommended that students bring a white or light, collared shirt/blouse the day of the photo.
As well a reminder that group shots will not be allowed this year and no pets can be brought in for photos either.
The Bookings link and school cash online link will be available November 18 by 3:00pm. If students are unable to attend this session, there will be an option for retakes at a later date.
Other Important Dates:
Friday, November 20th – Marks are uploaded to OCAS/OUAC
Monday, November 23rd – Report Cards for Quad A will be sent home electronically
Friday, November 27th is the final date to change a course for THIS quad. If students require changes to Quad C and/or D, appointments can be made at any time in Student Services.
Friday, January 8 – Drop Date. This is the last day to withdraw from a course in this quad. Students in Grade 12 who drop the course after the “drop date” will have the course record on their Ontario Student Transcript.
January 15th – OUAC Application Deadline
February 1st – OCAS Application Deadline
Please continue to encourage your children to drop off their completed community service hours to Student Services. A reminder that only 20 hours are required this year. Did you know that up to 10 hours of PAID work can be considered community service? This is great news for our grads with part-time jobs! The only modification with this new option is that a reflection exercise must be completed.
