    GRADE 9 REGISTRATION

    Grade 9 Registration for Current CDSBEO Students: 

    If your son or daughter is coming to St. John CHS from St. Edward, Sacred Heart, St. Joseph, or St. John CHS intermediate, please fill out the following forms: 

    These forms can be downloaded and emailed to [email protected]. 

    If you are coming to St. John CHS from a CDSBEO school, no additional documentation is required. 

     

    Grade 9 Registration for Students NOT currently enrolled at CDSBEO: 

    If your son or daughter is coming to St. John CHS from another school board, please visit the CDSBEO registration page and complete the registration package. 

    Please also fill out the Grade 9 Course selection sheet and send it to [email protected] by February 12th, 2021. 

     

    GRADE 7 REGISTRATION

    Grade 7 Registration for Current CDSBEO Students: 

    If your son or daughter is coming to St. John CHS from St. Francis de Sales Catholic School or St. John Catholic Elementary School, please fill out the following form:
